Articulation
Guarantee the articulation of the main actors of the Region for its promotion at an international level and promote investment attraction – creation of the Regional Commission for International Promotion and Investment Attraction.
Diferentiation
Increase exports of SMEs in the Region through greater use of digital tools / technological platforms and greater knowledge of the characteristics and specificities of each market as a differentiating and facilitating factor in the competitive world of international business.
Investment
Increase FDI in the region, using not only existing tools but creating new support tools – creation of “PromoInvest in Ribatejo Guide” and the “PromoInvest in Ribatejo” Platform.
Promotion
Promote the Region’s image and capabilities at an international level, facilitating the internationalization of companies and their products and services, as well as investment attraction.
Recognition
Contribute to increase the recognition of the quality of the companies, products and services of the Region in foreign markets.

PromoInvest in Ribatejo
Design of the platform “PromoInvest In Ribatejo” – which is an electronic platform that aims to (enhance and) facilitate the purchase and subcontracting activities for companies in the Region.
Digital Marketing
Design of a digital marketing strategy to promote the Region, its offer and business community, as well as existing investment opportunities to present to potential importers, subcontractors and investors in the target markets.
PromoInvest Guide in Ribatejo
Design of a video and brochure presenting the Region, its offer and business community, as well as the existing investment opportunities – the “PromoInvest in Ribatejo Guide” and respective video.
Promotional actions
Implementation of 6 promotional actions of the Region for importers / buyers abroad, subcontractors and investors – the “ROADSHOW PromoInvest RIBATEJO” in the USA, Canada, EU (Brussels), France, UAE and Brazil.
Market access
Conducting a survey of the main procedures (and possible barriers) for accessing markets, in order to facilitate the access of the companies in the Region to these markets.
Potentialities of the Region
Organization of an event / show promoting and presenting the potential of the Region, its companies and products to potential foreign investors, subcontractors and importers in 2018 and 2019 (business meetings – NERSANT BUSINESS 2018 and 2019),
Potencialities
Survey and characterization of the main potentialities and respective distinguishing factors of the Region.
Investment
Operationalization and monitoring of the Regional Commission for International Promotion and Investment Attraction.
International Promotion
Placing articles and advertisements in the international press and promoting them in international specialized magazines.

Conducting a structured program of 10 reverse missions

A minimum of 14 target markets, community and third parties, object of relevant intervention within the scope of the project.
Participation
Participation of a minimum of 550 participants in the dissemination actions carried out during the project.
External Promotion Actions
Carrying out a minimum of 16 external promotion actions that not only increase the exports of SMEs in the Region, but can also support the attraction of Foreign Investment to the Region;
Increase in Turnover
Contribute to an increase of at least 2% in the international turnover of companies in Lezíria and Médio Tejo (between 2015 and 2019).
